Prices are in US dollars at the exchange rate of the day and include the 16% value added tax (VAT) applied in Mexico.

Full registration:
- Conference information package
- Access to all sessions, workshops and pre-conference events
- Coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, conference dinner
- Visits during the conference days
- Access to the online environment: live sessions, recordings of the sessions, Q&A, chat, polls
Day Pass:
- Conference information package
- Access to all sessions and workshops on the day
- Coffee breaks and lunches on the day (+welcome reception or conference dinner, if it is on the same day)
- visits in the program on the day
Online:
- Access to the online environment: live sessions, recordings of the sessions, Q&A, chat, polls.
Accompanying Person:
- access to the welcome reception, conference dinner, and daily afternoon visits.
The registration fee does NOT include post-conference events. Watch for information on how to register for activities after September 28.
What you need to know before registration:
- Payment for the conference is made with: VISA/Mastercard or local payment at the headquarters of the Instituto de Investigaciones Estéticas. In the case of choosing VISA/Mastercard, payment is made directly after registration with the information provided by the organizing committee.
- Depending on the type of payment, you may be asked for additional information:
- Students must present a copy of the documentation proving their student status (student credential or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of the Doctoral School on the institution's letterhead).
- ICOM members are requested to present their membership cards during registration.
- Accompanying registration is permitted when accompanying fully registered participants.
- Authors also need registration.
- A full refund of the conference fee is possible for cancellations before 04/15/2023. The refund will be considereted at the exchange rate of your payment date. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied for cancellations between 4/16/2023 and 5/16/2023.
- Cancellations after 05/16/2023 will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying the organizing committee promptly at the following email address: cidoc2023@unam.mx
